Shipping policy

We’re based in Brisbane, Queensland, and ship Australia-wide using trusted postal and courier services. Whether it’s a custom order or an in-stock piece, we’ll make sure it gets to you safely and as quickly as possible.

Delivery Options

Standard Shipping (Australia-wide)

  • Flat rate based on weight

  • Delivery time: approximately 2–8 business days, depending on location

Custom Orders

  • All custom-made items (show pads, shirts, etc.) are handcrafted and shipped approximately 4–6 weeks after final order confirmation

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is dispatched 

Order Processing

  • In-stock items are shipped within 2–5 business days of purchase

  • You’ll receive an email with tracking once your order has left Rebel Rodeo HQ

  • We are not responsible for postal delays once the item has been dispatched, but we’ll always assist where possible if something goes wrong

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your item arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window:

  1. Contact us within 7 days

  2. We’ll follow up with the courier and work with you to resolve the issue

Please note: Rebel Rodeo is not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within Australia. If you're located internationally and interested in ordering, please get in touch, and we’ll see what’s possible.
